This book is more so a companion novel, rather than a sequel in the Wind Dragon MC series. It follows heart broken, guilt trippen, tough guy Arrow and the one and only lady who has been able to turn his head in years. But good girl Anna isn't so easily attainable, considering her brother Rake's overbearing possessiveness, and his and Arrow's bond. But will their love prove the strongest fort for all of their deep and serious issues? I'm pretty sure you can guess the answer to that... Again, I enjoyed this book, but was seriously annoyed at it at times. I found Anna's voice to be way too similar to Faye's and that there was really no character development in anyone. Anna seemed to swing from a giggling girl to 25 year old scientist to bad-arse bitch far too often, leaving me giddy and confused. The romance in this novel was very RME (see Dragon's Lair) and predictable, and I really didn't feel any connection to Arrow at all. I will be continuing on with the series, but am looking forward to reading about Rake, Vinnie and even perhaps Talon the most.
