Meet Faye; a quirky law student who finds out her boyfriend of six years has been cheating on her. What will she do? Oh I know, sleeping with his bad-arse bikey brother seems like a great idea, until she ends up pregnant and dragged back to Wind Dragon's Motorcycle Club Headquarters. There she has to deal with being seen as property and having her every word and move scrutinised. But is it worth it for a chance with the man she's always dreamed of? I don't believe so, but she certainly does. Okay, so as you can tell, this book had a lot wrong with it, and lots of things really irritated me, such as the way the boys treated women, even the ones they claimed to respect. The writing was also very simple, and I often felt that the tense was out of place as it was written in present tense, but seemed to jump around a lot. From the sounds of the above, you're probably thinking I didn't like it, and I probably shouldn't have, especially after reading the Disaster series where the characters and story had real depth and multiple dimensions, which this series totally lacked... but I did. Probably because it was just an easy read, where I didn't have to invest much, and could read it in the car on our tripping around in under 24 hours. Also, I quite liked Faye, even though I wanted to punch her every time she said "If you ever do this again, I'll leave you". I really enjoyed the relationship between Faye and the biker boys, and how she put them in their place. In saying all this, rating it is actually a serious issue...
