Sarah's second book! I adored it as much as the first one and use it all the time. Included in the book is a nine-part wellness guide which goes over facts, fads and fiction when it comes to a life without sugar. Plus, she teaches us how to use our freezer properly, and how to save ourselves a lot of time in the kitchen! Oh, and there is also the 148 recipes too...
Below you can see pictures of three of my favourite dishes I have cooked from the book; pumpkin puree pancakes, shanky's shepherd's pie and cauliflower pizza. The best thing about the book in my opinion, is that it included recipes on how to use your leftovers. For instance, the shandy's shepherd's pie came from the leftovers I had after making lemon and cinnamon lamb shanks from the book. I have to cut this review short because talking about all of this delicious food has my belly saying, "make me breakfast!!!" :) Rate: 7.5/10 Pages: 240 Format: Paperback Genre: Non-Fiction/Health/CookBook Acquired from: Pan Macmillan Publishing *I received this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are entirely my own* |
