We All Looked Up
I picked up this book and started reading about a week ago, but just wasn't feeling it. So I put it down and read Jurassic Park instead, which, let me tell you I couldn't put down. However, after I finished JP, I felt it was time to try reading it again and this time it instantly grabbed me. It has four POVs, that of Peter, Eliza, Andy and Anita and what a story they all have to tell... You see, there is a 66% chance that the meteorite, Ardor will collide with their beloved world, Earth. The characters are extremely well developed and complex and I felt as though I was riding along with them. Peter and Eliza, oh man! I shipped them so hard from their first, ermm encounter... So, so, very hard! It was a wonderful tale that had me hooked and staying up much later than little old me is used to. This is one of those books that you don't realise you are finished until the last impending page is read and you're left thinking, "wait, I wasn't ready!!".
